1. Players are dealt five cards face down in their hands.

2. All players must discard one card face down.

3. Three community cards ("the flop") are dealt face up in the center of the table.

4. All players must discard one more card.

5. One additional community card is dealt face up next to the others ("the turn").

6. All players must discard one final card.

7. A fifth community card ("the river") is dealt face up next to the others.

STAY/FOLD and the rest of the hand proceeds as usual.
