Players are dealt four cards face down into their hand. The dealer
places six community cards face up in the center of the table
in circular shape that looks like the blades of a ceiling fan
(short ends of the cards around the center of the circle).
Players get one chance to exchange none, 1, or 2 of their cards.
Players may use any three cards next to each other around the
circle in their hand.
