The score sheets are designed to be printed on a standard 8 1/2 X 11 sheet of paper. Simply fold the paper in half, and then in half again. After you use the two exposed score sheets, fold the paper in half the other way to use the other two score sheets.

The score sheets are in brown, so if you don't want to use color ink, be sure to tell you printer to print in black and white.
